Hi! My name is Emily Miller, and I'm a junior at William Tennent High School. I'm excited to be a part of the TRIP Initiative, as the unique opportunity offers a lot of experience high school typically doesn’t. I'm currently considering going into pre-med, but I'm not sure yet what I want to do for my college education. Lab work and experimentation are intriguing, but so is the medical field. My favorite classes in school are Anatomy and Physiology, followed by AP Biology. A few random facts about me: I've been involved in the theater program in some way every year, and this year our performance is Anything Goes. One of my favorite classes in school after the two I mentioned previously is Culture through Cuisine, where we learn about different cultures in the U.S. and around the world by preparing regional dishes. I love cooking, and make dinner for my family when I have the time. My favorite dishes to cook are pasta dishes. I have a cat named Loki, who is a little over a year old. I've also been taking karate lessons for about 11 years, and last year I earned my first-degree black belt.
